Organic Farming and Mushroom Venture idea started YEAR 2017 when the owner’s mother was diagnosed of breast cancer(unfortunately died year 2020). The fear of acquiring the same illness pushes her to change her lifestyle from her way of eating up to the physical fitness through ZUMBA. Continue to find what are other vegetables that possessed an anti-oxidant properties, she found out that Mushrooms are great alternative to meat and considered as the super food. Having her first training at DEPARTMENT OF AGRICUTURE R7, she then explore the mushroom venture.
The simple idea of cultivating organic produce vegetables , twisted it to venture mushroom into commercially based production. However , the start up venture is not a bed of roses. A lot of turn downs since mushrooms were not loved by the general public. But these does not stopped her from continuing the venture. These challenged her to find effective solutions and strategy to sustain. Government agencies interventions helped her to value add produced mushrooms and innovate it to several products. Unfortunately when pandemic strikes the entire universe, the business model of exploring the export market was not pushed through. Furthermore, the pandemic became an opportunity for the company to explore more with the local markets. Fortunate enough , the pivot strategy has been overwhelmed. Opening the ALFRESCO RESTO offering organic mushrooms menu were appreciated with the locals. We are commonly known of offering a very unique and healthy food options that even a child could not recognized that he/she’s eating mushrooms.
Our offerings are as follows:
Main Course: Mushroom Sisig, Mushroom Bulaklak, Mushroom Humba, Mushroom KareKare, Mushroom Siomai, Mushroom Dinakdakan, Mushroom Steak,Mushroom Tempura and Mushroom Caldereta
For snacks we have Mushroom Burger, Pizza (topped with mushroom bacon or mushroom tocino) mushroom clubhouse, mushroom quizadilla and more…
For drinks: we dont offer any sodas at the farm, we offer healthy drinks like Pineapple calamansi Blueternate, Fresh pipino Juice , ganoderma coffee and more
Part of promoting Bohol’s Pride Ube, we offer also UBE smoothie and this has become the BEST SELLER which are loved by most guests.
We have innovated also a Mushroom pinipig icecream.
Pasalubong items are: Mushroom Cracklings, Mushroom Chocolate, Mushroom Pastillas, Crochet items (made by my daughter) and more mushrooms items.
Year 2022, we were accredited as FARM TOURISM by Department of Tourism and has been included on the Tourist Circuit until to date. We have catered already several foreign guests who truly loved the natural serene of the farm plus the healthy offerings.
The effort of the owner to put the mushroom industry in the LIME LIGHT , has been recognized by GO NEGOSYO and she was awarded by OUR PRESIDENT BONGBONG MARCOS as the MOST INSPIRING MSME 2022.
To give confidence to our heath conscious customers, we have been accredited by BAFS A CERTIFIED ORGANIC MUSHROOM  FARM.
