OUR COMPANY.

The story of the Golden Mindanao Global Holding Company, Inc. (GMGHC) began many years when Spouses Nelson and Jennifer Chua were still starting their humble beginnings operating and personally managing a small bakery & refreshment, Leitin Bakeshop, at G. Flores Avenue, Butuan City, Province of Agusan del Norte. With sheer hard work, perseverance, and determination with strong help from the Almighty God, they slowly build businesses investing on retail and property.

The Golden Mindanao Global Holding Company, Inc. (GMGHCI) was organized on July 03, 2014 engaging to acquire by purchase, exchange, assign, gift or otherwise, and to sell, assign, transfer, exchange, develop/improve, mortgage, pledge, deal in, with and otherwise operate, enjoy and dispose of all or any of its properties of every kind and description and whether situated as to the extent permitted by law including but not limited to real estate of all kinds, whether improved or unimproved and any interest or right therein, and bonds, debentures, shares of stock, promissory notes or other securities or obligations created, negotiated or issued by any corporation or other entity, foreign or domestic and while the owner thereof, to exercise all the rights, power and privileges or ownership or interest therein, including the right to receive, collect and dispose of all income derived therefrom.

The corporation through its affiliates has invested on retail and property aiming to grow and expand its businesses while building strong relationships with its employees and the community.

BUSINESS PORTFOLIO.

Retail.

The retail business of agricultural production is managed by its affiliate, Jenson Agriline Corporation, which managing hundred of hectares of agricultural farms for the production of export quality bananas, pineapples, pomelo and other agricultural products. Exportation am is handled by Continental Fam Corp., a leading exporter of bananas, pineapples, pomelo and other agricultural products to China.

Property.

Its affiliate, Jenson Land and Realty Dev. Corp., a leading real estate developer, handles the managing and development of residential subdivisions, leasing of offices and residences. With the changing landscape in the realty business, the JensonLand and Realty Dev. Corp. continues to provide quality reasonably priced residential subdivisions with the aim of providing houses to every Filipino.
