With several years of entrepreneurial exposure on their family business, he managed to provide visionary and strategic leadership for the organizations built by his parents. Alex has proven experience in strategic planning, setting up teams, dispute resolution & disciplined person who set the group’s direction and strategy, ensuring that they are executed with focus on getting results. A leader who motivates a passionate and reliable team determined to achieve the family’s company business mission and vision. He earns his college degree at De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, and also a reservist graduate who wants to fulfill his desire to serve his countrymen.

Human Resource Manager
MJ Gicole the assigned HR Manager finished her Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Finance and have taken units in Diploma in Teaching at Central Philippine University, Jaro Iloilo City. She managed a well-known quick service restaurant for around seven (7) years ensuring that Food, Cleanliness and Service is delivered excellently to customers. An Experienced Human Resource Manager from construction industry that efficiently administers the company's pay scale and benefits, both for site and head office employees. She also handles the company's performance evaluation system and is in- charge for all government mandated contributions & construction permits and licenses. Presently, the point person of GH Manpower and Allied Services INC., from hiring, to on boarding, deployment and monitoring.
