• To conduct and engage in the business of general construction and allied activities specializing but not limited to the building, repair, rehabilitation of marine and inland facilities and portion thereof- harbors, ports, jetties, piers, cargo terminals, depots, yards, marinas, shipyards, dockyards, breakwaters, sea water, intake/outfall systems, pipelines, pump houses, inland waterways, river training, canals, dikes, levees, dams, irrigations systems, cargo handing/loading and unloading systems including dredging and reclamation; land and air transport facilities such as roads, bridges, highways, elevated toll ways, expressways, railways, light rails, transit system, stations, airports, runways/taxiways, passenger terminals, foundation work, pile foundation, warehouses, buildings (low, medium and high rise) housing, complexes, stadiums, such as water supply, sewage/sewerage treatment plant, solid waste leachate and chemicals waste disposal systems; landfills and related structures except locally-funded government projects and other related defense structures; provided that the corporation shall not engage in investment solicitation nor in investment taking from the public, without engaging in the practice of any licensed profession but to hire for the services of duly qualified licensed professionals.
