Fujitrans Corporation (FTC), (formerly known as Fujiki Kaiun) was founded in 1952 in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan. It provides international and domestic logistics services, in the areas of stevedoring, warehousing, customs clearance, domestic shipping, marine transportation, agency of insurance against loss, freight handling, packing, etc. It also operates company-owned or chartered ships that offer marine transportation for various cargos from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
It has branches worldwide in the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, France, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, and Indonesia.
On March 24th, 2014, FTC established its most recent branch in Asia, Fujitrans Philippines, Inc.(FTP) in the Philippines, to carry out Freight Forwarding, Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier, and Warehousing Services.
On February 11th 2015, Fujitrans Corporation, entered into a business partnership with Fujitrans Holdings Philippines, Inc. and established Fujitrans Logistics Philippines, Inc. (FTLP), to engage in the business of warehousing, domestic and international freight forwarding, non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) and extend its services of domestic truck transportation.
In November 2016, FTLP started its trucking operations, transporting brand new CBU vehicles and provide quality service to its clients.
In May 2019, FTLP acquired through importation a Pure Car Carrier (PCC) motor vessel “PEARL ASIA” and established branches in Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo and Cagayan de Oro to perform the Inter Island deliveries of CBUs by sea transportation in the VizMin areas.
FTLP launched its Domestic Shipping Operations in September 2019.
In September 2021, FTLP have acquired its 2nd Vessel, “PEARL ORIENT” through importation and established its branches in Davao and Batangas.
In 2022, FTLP expanded its Trucking operations and established a branch in Cabuyao, Laguna.
