           F and R Job Specialists Incorporated ( formerly F @ R Manpower Services Incorporated) is a local own manpower agency began as franchise and carried its name for two years. As the agency grow bigger and stable, initially with fifty workers, now determine to mark its own identity in overwhelming number of manpower industry. In celebration for its dependence on November 9, 2006 opens its recent office at # 075 Mc- Arthur Highway Calvario, Meycauayan Bulacan.

           F and R vows its commitment to resolve inflation of unemployment especially among the third class population. The agency establishes its office at the very hearth of suburban community, ensuring the availability of quality service from its warm and friendly staff. In this way the untapped potential workforce will have an access to its desire employment without spending much of its limited resources in finding an appropriate job for them. It serves to be the guiding light among masses that had give up hope in getting right job to decently earn a living and further enhance their capabilities.
