CORPORATE PROFILE

We are a locally grown restaurant and bakery chain, conceptualized 19 years ago by its founder and President, Kenneth Richard Tan Lim – a product of Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School.

From its humble beginnings as a cake shop along Archbishop Reyes Avenue, the flagship store moved to the iconic Ayala Centre Mall. Over the years, additional branches and outlets were opened at SSY Square, F. Ramos, ParkMall, JCentre Mall and recently at the IL Corso Life Mall.

The restaurant serves a big variety of dishes covering pasta, poultry, meats and seafood as well as different varieties of cakes, pastries and blended drinks. Over the years it has become a well-known and famous brand owing to its quality and adherence to strict culinary standards.

We will continue to grow in pursuance of our mission, vision and core values.
