C’ZARLES CONSTRUCTION & SUPPLY (CCS), is a sole proprietorship owned by ENGR. CESAR T. PALMA, JR. A construction firm first established in July 1997, which aims to implement quality projects and a long term relationship to its client. Its main office is located at Upper Doongan Road, Butuan City.
The company started with most of its project locations were in Negros Occidental until such time the Construction Services expanded in the Caraga Region, Region 10 and Region VI. Up to this date, C’ZARLES CONSTRUCTION & SUPPLY (CCS) continues to be a competitive and a construction of choice not just in Butuan City but in Visayas and Mindanao.
