Anticipating a boom in the construction industry in Mindanao and the rest of the country, CM TAN CONSTRUCTION was organized on February 2000 as a construction company duly registered under the Department of Trade and Industry.

It was registered in the BAC-Technical working group (TWG) at DPWH - Central Office. It has a PCBA License No. 28087 with Categories B and Medium A. For years of operations from the year it was registered, our organization has expanded from the mainland to the island of Dinagat, Surigao Del Norte. the company is engaged in contracting and engineering works. It contracted projects from Building, Water Supply, Flood Control, Bridges, and Roads.

With its intent to meet the demand of the construction industry and develop a high professional standard of service, CM TAN CONSTRUCTION is ever-expanding into new fields of construction and development while continuously upgrading and improving not only its construction expertise but also the number, and quality, of skills and ability of its management and staffs in order to achieve and maintain an outstanding reputation for technical accomplishments, management skill, and excellence.

With our knowledge and expertise in the construction business, we had completed contracts for Highway Road Construction, Farm to Market Roads, Bridges, Box Culverts, Line Canal, Buildings, and others.
