Panadero is a Spanish term for the English word "Baker" and was named as a tribute to the grandfather who was a chef cook and master baker during the Japanese era. He passes his secret recipe of food and bread to his children and the recipe was revived during the year 2000, when one of his children decided to put up the first bakeshop.
