We are Central Labor Services Cooperative formerly Central Services Integrated Cooperative, organized on November 18, 2004, a service cooperative mainly engaged in the business of providing outsourcing facilities and manpower to local firms by performing human resources functions and responsibilities. We are duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) under Certificate of Registration No. 9520-16015825 and the Department of Labor and Employment under Certificate of Registration No. ROIVA-LPO-DO174-0321-033-R under DO174 Series of 2017.
We organized CLSC as an option to traditional contracting concerns. Our cooperative aims to provide a “win-win” option for both our member-workers and our clients. For our member-workers we aim to uplift their quality of life by providing dignified, sustainable and progressive means of livelihood, comprehensive healthcare provision for wellness and savings and loan services to assist and inculcate good values in handling their finances. For our clients, work arrangements are more flexible since long-term engagement with member-workers is an option. Member-workers can then achieve peak performance since they are given time to master competencies needed in their job assignments. Expenses related to sourcing and training shall be less, peak performance shall be sustained which makes it a more cost–efficient alternative to companies. Moreover, cooperative member-workers promote the interests of the coop in all endeavors since it will ultimately impact to their benefit.
