THE CEBU EASY GENERAL SERVICES STORY

EASY General Services was established in the year 1997 with the primary objective of rendering messengerial services. Owned and operated by Mr. Dennis Ymas, who was then an employee of the Bank of the Philippine Islands-Cebu Branch and a Real Estate Developer. EASY started with a starting capital of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50, 000.00).

While rendering motorized messengerial services, at the same time maintaining or monitoring foreclosed assets of clients like the BPI and Abacus Securities, it then ventured forth into other services like marketing, promotions and janitorial services.

Towards the end of the year 1999 however, EASY General Services saw a growing void in the recruitment, training and supply of skilled and competent personnel that it felt the need to expand its client base, working capital and to improve on the delivery of services of better experienced and highly trained professionals to further boosts its ability to meet the demands of the industry.

The year 2000 saw the company expand its capitalization to Three Million Pesos. The move enabled the company to hire more personnel, to acquire better and modern office equipments and to transfer to a location more proximate and client-friendly.

Last January 2004, Easy Gen transferred to its new two storey office building in a 500 square meter lot, strategically located along M. Logarta Avenue, North Reclamation Area, Subangdaku, Mandaue City.

With the expansion and growth of the company, it diversified into other services. It also opened branches in Leyte, Samar, Negros, Panay and the whole island of Mindanao, practically covering the major cities of the whole Visayas and Mindanao regions.

Even with the expanded scope of services though, EASY did not abandon its primary purpose for its establishment, which is the delivery of Janitorial, Messengerial and the Maintenance/Caretaking of foreclosed properties.

At present, we are proud to say that we are now one of the leading manpower and promotion agencies in the Visayas. Due to our continued growth, our total capitalization have now reached to high eight figures and serving more than thirty (30) principal clients and still counting.
