Situated within the PEZA (Philippines Economic Zone Authority) zone, the project is entitled to several enticing incentives due to its significant positive impact on society and the economy. These benefits include a remarkable four years' income tax holidays, exemption from VAT, duty-free import privileges for capital equipment, and a host of other advantages.
