Casa Reyes Bistro Filipino is a casual dining restaurant that serves traditional and modern Filipino cuisine. Its specialties are Chicken Barbecue with Unlimited Java Rice, Crispy Pata at Kare-Kare, Crispy Dinuguan, Beef Mechado, Crispy Adobong Pusit, Pinoy Claypot Rice, Bibingka Cheesecake and Pinoy Gelato. The theme of the restaurant is vintage Filipino. It is decorated with a lot of antique pieces like sewing machine sets made into tables and chairs and old ice scramble crusher made into lamps. It is decorated with Pinoy memorabilia like old Filipino comics, commercials and artifacts.
It is owned and operated by Casa Reyes, Inc. and Casa Reyes Central Kitchen, Inc. It is headed by Atty. Maria Lourdes R. Reyes (company president) and her daughter, Christine D. Bautista (managing director and treasurer). They come from a family of restaurateurs and food entrepreneurs. "Mama Sita" (Teresita R. Reyes), from the famous brand of mixes and sauces, is the mother of Atty. Reyes.
The pioneer branch of Casa Reyes opened on December 9, 2006 in Connecticut Arcade, Greenhills, San Juan City. It was initially named Casa Reyes Restaurant. It was rebranded to Casa Reyes Bistro Filipino in 2015 to have a vintage Filipino feel and look. A second branch (Promenade branch) was opened also in Greenhills on June 2, 2018. The third and newest branch which is located at the Ground Floor of 1800 Building, Eastwood City was opened last November 12, 2021.
