The GOAL of the Laboratory department is to provide laboratory reports with highest quality for prognosis and diagnosis of disease essential to patient care.

This manual is intended to guide the medical personnel of BMCDC in the proper utilization of laboratory facilities and services. Objectives are as follows:

1. To serve as guidelines for the systematic and coordinated operation of the Clinical laboratory at all times;
2. To give the medical staff an insight into the “Quality Control Program” to ensure accurate and reliable results.
3. To follow a scheduled regular preventive maintenance in our equipment for accuracy & precision.
