It was in July 1990 when Elisa "Butch" Lopez Esteras thought of putting up a company wherein she would be able to apply her skills as a psychometrician at the same time cater to the demands of the economy for labor. Hence with the help of a few colleagues she founded the Best Manpower Services Inc.
The Company started in an small apartment in Maaralin St,. Brgy Central Quezon City and from then on it has provided manpower service to various companies, local and international, big and small, urban and rural. It takes pride in providing employment opportunity for thousands of aspirants including permanent positions for aspiring engineers and accountants.
After a couple of years the company needed a more spacious work place. Thus they transferred to a two-floor building in the nearby Masikap Street, which the company continues to occupy until now.
At present Best Manpower Services Inc. continues to widen its operation with the establishment of field offices in the provinces of Cavite Rizal Baguio and Bulacan. The company has also extended its reach to as far Iloilo, Davao and Cagayan de Oro.
