Who We Are
Best Allied Services Integrated Company Inc (BASIC Inc) is duly registered and licensed corporation organized to meet the increasing demand of industries for skilled add non-skilled manpower.
BASIC Inc. was organized on July 2000 with the objective and purposes of:
• Providing manpower requirement that will satisfy client expectations;
• Tapping qualified manpower sources and placing them in the active stream of employment thereby providing opportunity to qualified but unemployed people; and,
• Ensuring that manpower resources are given fair treatment and provided with legal compensation and benefits, thereby improving the economic condition of the Filipino people.
Over the past years, BASIC grew as a competent player in the market serving different companies from SMEs- multinational corporation, from different industries. We are capable of serving industries including but not limited to Retail and Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Hotels, and Restaurants.

Our Accounting Team delivers on-time and accurate salary computation as well as other payroll reports. They ensure payroll is distributed early and on-time.

Our company is equipped with the all the tools, equipments and facilities necessary to perform our promise to our clients. Our Manila office is located in Filinvest Corporate City in the south of Metro Manila. We also have provincial satellite offices located in key cities to provide support to our clients’ provincial operations. We have offices in Cebu, Davao, lloilo, Bacolod and Cagayan De Oro.

OUR PRESIDENT:
Armand M. Gutierrez, FPM, is a professional Human Resource Management practitioner with wide exposure in all areas of HR management and Development.
Prior to setting up Best Allied Services Integrated Company Inc. in 2000, he had accumulated 18 years of Personnel Management experience, including a stint as Plant Personnel Manager at Levi Strauss (Philippines) Inc.
A Business Administration graduate, Armand is a Fellow in Personnel Management. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines in 1994 and 1999. He was a former Director of the Paranaque Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is Past President of the Rotary Club of Sucat, Paranaque.
