Benson Industrial Cold Storage Inc. (BICS) is one of the affiliated companies of Filipinas Benson Industrial Development Corporation (FBIDC). A well respected real estate Company in the Philippines that has various facilities in the Philippines.
BICS was incorporated last April 13, 2016 with SEC No. CS201607340. It was founded as part of expansion and employment generation program of the Group. Its primary business is to provide cold storage facility, warehousing and inventory management services, and other valued added services.
The initial facility of BICS is located at Filipinas Benson Compound, Warehouse H, Doña Ireñea St., Sucat, Parañaque City with combined storage capacity of 1,488 metric tons both freezer and chiller. It has four (4) -18 to -23 °C freezer rooms with storage capacity of 268 pallet spaces per room, one (1) -24 to -28 °C freezer room with storage capacity of 280 pallet spaces and one (1) +2 to +10 °C chiller room with storage capacity of 136 pallet spaces.
BICS has proprietary warehouse management system (WMS) to control and manage all cold storage transactions from receiving inspection, put-away, picking, dispatching and inventory recording. It has competent warehouse personnel from Manager to Rank & File to manage the entire operations.
