 A.L.R Manpower and General Services Inc. draws inspiration from the example provided by its founder Arnold, who worked as a waiter at Max’s Restaurant, and rose through the ranks from mess boy to ship captain at an early age in his 17-year career as a seaman. This deeply ingrained in him the values of discipline, persistence and hard work, values that he passed on to the people he worked with, as well as those he would come to serve later in life before he passed away.We envision ourselves as one of the major players in the local manpower servicing industry and Human Resources consultancy trade, capable of acquiring competent jobseekers, and providing quality services for the utmost satisfaction .Company goal is to seek out competent and qualified job seekers and match them with job openings that will ultimately improve their quality of life. Carrying on his legacy and vision for the company is his widow Editha Biag Roberto, now President of ALR. Like her late husband, she has extensive experience in working with people gained from her stint as payroll administrator of the Kuok Group of Companies, where she handled the payroll of the group’s properties that included the EDSA Shangri-la, Makati Shangri-la and Kuok, San Miguel and Anscor (KSA) for two years.
