The Credit Management Staff is responsible in monitoring monthly ageing of accounts and performance accounts ratio to observe collection efficiency. A qualified candidate must be a graduate of AB or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree; with excellent research skills with the ability to gather, organize, synthesize, and present information; with excellent communication skills (oral and written); and computer literate.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·          <!--[endif]-->Handles information dissemination and briefing of clients for proper appreciation of credit responsibilities.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·          <!--[endif]-->Makes continuous reviews of all accounts; screens past-due accounts to enforce payments.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·          <!--[endif]-->Continuous follow up to delinquent buyers and issuances of notices.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·          <!--[endif]-->Negotiates payment programs with delinquent customers.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·          <!--[endif]-->Meets and corresponds to inevitable buyers in explaining collection rules, regulations and procedures and in answering complaints with regards to notices issued.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·          <!--[endif]-->Recommends settlement and/or further action required for a specific delinquent account.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·          <!--[endif]-->Responsible for accounts with issued Notices due to default, notifies and follow-up religiously to enforce payments.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·          <!--[endif]-->Assess buyers with request for restructuring and recommends them to the Credit and Collection Officer for proper appreciation to be endorsed to Collection Supervisor for approval of the Collection Manager.
