Duties and Functions:

  • Supervise all employees
  • Organize, update and maintain personnel records, 201 files
  • Answer employees query about HR-related concerns
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations
  • Recommend improvements and new programs
  • Write memos, orient employees, serve disciplinary action notice to erring employees
  • Responsible for the full recruitment process which includes, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and on-boarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests
  • Ensure the strict implementation of the proper imposition of disciplinary action
  • Supervises employee relations and employee engagement
  • Manages employee performance evaluation
  • Conducts exit interview, process clearances and provides report
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Prepare and compute compensation accurately
  • Assist top management from time to time.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

  • College graduate
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College degree in Human Resources/Psychology or equivalent
  • With at least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Exposed and with strong background in all facets of HR
  • With strong leadership skills
  • With good command in written and oral communication
  • With excellent interpersonal skill
  • Has strong personality
  • Must be amenable to work in Bataan
