Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conducts Competency Assessment and Training Needs Analysis to identify the appropriate learning programs and address the competency gaps of

the employees;
2. Conducts and facilitates training, seminars, and orientations;
3. Designs appropriate matrices, templates, and questionnaires for data collection;
4. Performs data analysis of Post Training Evaluation results to measure the effectiveness of the training programs and develop sound recommendations for improvement;
5. Develops tools and assessment strategies in evaluating the effectiveness of the development programs;
6. Conducts research and/or benchmark on the current trends on learning intervention/evaluation approaches to maintain knowledge of resources available for training;
7. Monitors all the phases and progress of the training program implementation in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and timeframe;
8. Maintains a network of and builds relationships with a range of reputable training facilitators/providers, resource persons, and institutions in all areas of Learning and Development to update the inventory or pool of third party service providers;
9. Prepares detailed assessment or evaluation of the training, seminars/workshop provider to identify the effectiveness of the conducted training; and
10. Records, collates, and retains training management information to demonstrate progress against KPIs and departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification Standard
Education : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years of relevant work experience
Training : 8 hours of relevant training

Knowledge:
Training and Development
Administration and Management; Documents and Records Management

Skills:
Good organizational and presentation skills
Possesses excellent communication skills; excellent records management
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
