• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Previous experience in operational roles (that is, handling operational processes and systems)
• Familiarity with Amdocs, Amdocs products and systems and experience of working with various partners (internal and external)
• Solid experience in planning, leading, and executing similarly complex projects and events.
• Experience working with external vendors.
• Proven background in training
• Experience in leading learning sessions for employees
• Good MS office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Must
• Familiarity with L&D process & procedures
