Job Description

Job/Position Title: Learning Advisor

Learning Advisor is a proactive trusted advisor to our customers (HR & business leaders), who constantly holds the organizational diagnosis to support the mitigation of business opportunities and challenges. He/She initiates, develops, and leads programs and processes within a business group, to strengthen the organization capacity and support business growth.

What will your job look like?

  • You will understand the global business context, strategy and needs, and translate the trends into learning implications, will act as a consultant and source of knowledge to the business in your area of expertise, conduct strategic processes and sessions in your area of expertise, engage and partner with variety of stakeholders to leverage successful performance in the units.
  • You will proactively diagnose the organizational challenges and opportunities for learning, tailoring solutions for specific local needs, balance unique BU needs with corporate initiatives and strategy to create optimal solutions and plans.
  • You will lead end-to-end programs, own end-to-end processes and perspective of change, to optimally address business needs manage programs, based on needs analysis and Amdocs strategic directions.
  • You will build relevant and best-in-class tools and methodologies and implement them in the business, implement top-down initiatives, while customizing and adapting to local characteristics and capacity.
  • You will Implement new learning solutions that meet business objectives and targets within a specific unit. Integrate and synchronize learning solutions with internal colleagues. Prepare and present presentations dashboards and status reports to the business middle management.
  • You will lead learning and OD sessions and Amdocs’ product learning, according to the company catalog.
  • You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts on creating web-based trainings both for technical and soft skills topics in the region,
  • You will liaise with Stakeholders, Risk, Compliance, and other specialists to ensure eLearning compatibility.
  • You will handle any related administration & operation matters of sessions virtually or F2F in Manila.
  • You will assist in all training related matters regarding F2F events in Manila.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Previous experience in operational roles (that is, handling operational processes and systems)
• Familiarity with Amdocs, Amdocs products and systems and experience of working with various partners (internal and external)
• Solid experience in planning, leading, and executing similarly complex projects and events.
• Experience working with external vendors.
• Proven background in training
• Experience in leading learning sessions for employees
• Good MS office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Must
• Familiarity with L&D process & procedures
