EXACT EMPLOYMENT POSITION: TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR

Job Description/Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads and manages technical teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards by coordinating tasks, providing guidance, and addressing technical issues;

• Evaluates team performance and provides feedback;

• Coordinates and oversees technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget;

• Ensures adherence to technical standards and procedures;

• Communicates effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management

• Collaborates with other departments to achieve project goals;

• Maybe involve in equipment maintenance, installation, and repair;

• May be responsible for evaluating technology and making recommendations for purchase and implementation;

• May participate in the development of processes to track assets and manage inventory;

• Reports directly to Site Managers


Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

• Preferably Male; Bachelor’s degree in a technical field like computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline

• Work experience from country of origin / abroad is acceptable.

• Can speak English and Mandarin with excellent written and strong oral communication skills.

• Can read and write Chinese characters is an advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings especially those from China;

• Proven experience in a technical supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of technical systems, equipment, and processes.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team of technical professionals

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently and effectively.

• Willing to be assigned in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales
