As a Sourcing Specialist (Contractor) you will:

  • Be responsible for invites/footfall of candidates
  • Manage sourcing channels (Social Media, Job Portals, ERP, ARP, etc.)
  • Do pre-screening of candidates
  • Do recruitment reports
  • handle some admin tasks from time to time 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Sourcing Specialists (Contractual Role): Must have at least 6 months of Sourcing / Recruitment experience Preferably in a BPO company / Healthcare industry
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Libis, Quezon City
