Provides customer service and contributes to the generation of sales of assigned outlet.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively shares product knowledge and effectively handles objections to maximize sales
Provides a warm, welcoming retail environment to customers, adheres to customer service standards guidelines
Meets compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures
Maintains shelf organization and stocking; assists in ensuring orderliness and upkeep of the store
Pro-actively attends to customer needs, answers customers' questions, channels customer complaints to proper avenues, escalates to OIC or store manager, as applicable
Effectively communicates store policies to customers
Provides a welcoming retail environment to customers, adheres to customer service standards guidelines
Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
