STEWARD

• At least Senior High School Graduate; Hospitality, Tourism, or Food & Beverage NC II certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year proven experience in hotel dining, catering, or restaurant service.
• Knowledge of formal table settings, buffet arrangements, and basic wine or beverage service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Presentable appearance with excellent grooming and hygiene practices.
• Physically fit; able to stand for long hours, carry trays, and move quickly during large-scale events.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, high-volume function environments
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and last-minute event calls.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and capable of following detailed service instructions.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation standards is required.
