We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children, particularly those with autism, developmental delays, or other special needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
Develop and implement individualized therapy and treatment plans.
Provide therapy to improve speech, language, communication, and social interaction skills.
Support children with autism and other developmental or communication disorders.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Educate and guide parents or caregivers on activities and techniques that can be practiced at home.
Maintain accurate patient records, assessment reports, and progress notes.
Work closely with occupational therapists, doctors, teachers, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Use appropriate therapy materials, activities, and communication techniques based on each patient's needs.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment during therapy
