Job Description

Job Overview:
We currently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team full-time. To enhance our ServiceNow delivery capability, we are looking for high caliber, multi-dimensional ServiceNow delivery experts with proven skills in assisting organizations in adopting service management, operations management and security operations management best practices and activating them on the ServiceNow platform. Successful candidates will have a blend of expertise in process design and ServiceNow configuration, development, and administration. As a member of our project team, the Sr. Technical Consultant will be working with our clients to assess current state processes and tools, define ServiceNow solution requirements and tailor ServiceNow in alignment with these requirements.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Perform daily administration, troubleshooting and resolution for multiple ServiceNow environments on behalf of our clients
Analyse, log and estimate all requests for incident assistance, enhancements, and maintenance
Configure ServiceNow applications to support customer enhancement requests
Provide Incident Management/Defect resolution support, escalating to internal team and external resources (e.g., ServiceNow), as needed
Perform regular environment maintenance
Perform report and dashboard development
Create and execute ATF scripts
Perform data imports
Produce weekly status reports and participate in weekly customer status meetings
What You Will Need to Succeed:
2+ years’ experience of overall service management with a strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow applications such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management and Service Catalog/Service Request
Effective oral and written communication skills
Candidate should demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues
Strength in building and maintaining the client relationship
Strong ability to prioritize a multitude of client requests and requirements
Well-organized self-starter and strong ability to work remotely in a self-directed capacity across multiple engagements
2+ year of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and developing on the ServiceNow platform
3+ years’ experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML
ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification or ability to attain within 90 days of start date
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ability to attain within 90 days of start date

Qualifications/Requirements

ITIL v3 Foundations certification
Experience with non-core applications (ex. Orchestration, Discovery, Performance Analytics, etc.) and integrations a plus
Working knowledge of Agile
