Job Description:
The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions to meet business and client needs. This role requires advanced technical expertise and the ability to drive complex projects from conception to completion while ensuring high-quality standards.
The Senior Engineer also mentors junior team members, promotes knowledge sharing, and fosters collaboration within the team. Additionally, this role involves analyzing system requirements, identifying innovative solutions, and ensuring the alignment of software deliverables with organizational objectives.
Key contributions include maintaining software performance, optimizing system functionality, and staying updated on emerging technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Education
  • Degree equivalent to Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology (IT).
Experience
  • At least two years of experience in APH or at least four years of related experience outside APH.

Competencies

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C#, C++, Java, and Python.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications, particularly in wireless and wired communication systems, computer networks, and electronics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
