Job Description

  1. Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statements and the core values of the company.
  2. Undertakes personalized and interactive customer reception and customer care by:
    • checking details about customer concerns, information about the vehicle submitted for service, and service history
    • checking validity of service warranty
    • undertaking check-listing of vehicle
    • initiating repair order
    • providing listing of service pricing
    • providing information on target completion date (time promise)
    • establishing committed price to customer
  3. Assists in the cross-selling of other services, parts and accessories to generate additional sales for the company.
  4. Schedules workshop utilization, loading of repairs, and assignment of jobs to technicians.
  5. Prepares requisition and ordering for parts needed for repairs.
  6. Ensures that the process flows of workshop and service reception are observed.
  7. Monitors the repair process done by technicians to ensure quality of work in accordance with specifications.
  8. Provides feedback on repair status to customers and secures approval on complementary repair services suggested to be undertaken as discovered in the course of the repair process.
  9. Undertakes repair order closing through quality check and complete inspection of the automotive unit repaired; prepares the invoice covering cost of repairs undertaken.
  10. Discusses with customer the extent of service provided upon car return or turn-over.
  11. Prepares daily reporting of repair status by metrics.
  12. Provides technical assistance with regards to unit, customer concerns, technician problems, assistance with regards to workshop or service department problems.
  13. Attends seminars and workshops on product knowledge and technical skills enhancement.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably business course
  • With at least 2 years of same work experience in an automotive company
  • With good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer literate
  • Customer service oriented
  • With good interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking and proactive
