1. Ensure that all repairs comply with the company's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for quality assurance.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding the services we offer.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Assure customers that their belongings are in safe hands and will not be misplaced.
5. Follow the instructions of immediate supervisors for other assigned tasks and adhere to the company's Customer Relationship Rules (CRR).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • With or without experience
  • At least high school graduate
  • Hard working, honest and willing to undergo training
