Job Description

  • Study and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine project requirements and welding procedures. 
  • Clean, grind, and prepare metal surfaces to be joined, ensuring they are free of impurities like grease or moisture. 
  • Select and set up the appropriate welding equipment, such as MIG or TIG welders, and secure components using jigs and clamps. 
  •  Inspect completed welds for flaws or defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and project specifications. 
  • Operate and maintain welding machinery, power saws, grinders, and other hand tools used in the process. 







Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least High School graduate with TESDA Certificate or NCII in Welding
  • Male
  • Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick welding, etc.), metal fabrication, and the use of specialized welding equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Skill in using hand and power tools, including grinders and cutting equipment
  • Willing to be trained
