SELLING SUPERVISOR (Food Department)

Responsible for directing and monitoring the proper execution of all phases of the department’s operations to sustain sales performance, competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and the safety and security of employees and customers.


Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business-related courses.
At least two (2) years of combined experience in retail and store operations management and diverse knowledge and exposure in department store format operations.
