Experience
At least five-six (3-4) year related experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Establish procedures, standards, and Work Instructions pertaining to the section
· Checking all activities made by the subordinates including on time report submission
· Checking/Approval of all kinds of reports generated by the section
· Represents the section on all kinds of meetings and other activities
· Responsible for performance appraisal of all subordinates
· Prepare, check, and review parts quotations
· Ensure compliance to legal requirements of PEZA/BOC.
· Maintain records / documents regularly based on ISO Standard
· Helps in educating and motivating subordinates
· Provide analysis and feedback on every problem encountered
· Monitor results of sectional targets and ensure compliance of members on set standards
· Performs 5S before and after work
· Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
