Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships within the real estate sector. This role involves promoting and selling properties, handling client inquiries, conducting property viewings, and guiding buyers through the entire purchase process. You will play a key role in driving sales performance and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales & Business Development:

Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels including online platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the Sales Manager.

Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competition in the real estate market.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and property listings.
