Key Accountabilities:
• Assist in entertaining walk-in customers
• Receives customer orders and prepares Job Orders.
• Monitor JO tracking to see if items have been released.
• Facilitates resolution of customer problems and complaints (Customer Complaint
and Resolution Form) and customer returns
• Reports to superiors regarding customer needs, feedback, competitors price, other
market information
• Maintain current knowledge of product features, uses, availability and pricing. View
product inquiry in Alliance Systems
• Maintain updated product catalogues, complete and labeled product samples,
calculators, and neat working desks in customer receiving areas
• Encode manual JOs and fills up delete/ re-encode forms as needed
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you
For display in charge:
• Responsible for the complete, neatly arranged and fully labeled samples in the
display areas.
• Responsible for cleanliness, arrangement & labeling of for display items/ cash &
carry items
• Monitor and conduct display inventory and request replenishment
