The Sales Admin Assistant/Clerk will be responsible for facilitating processes under order management, invoice management, and AR management.
The post holder will also play a key role in ensuring all processes are properly managed and optimized to help HOPE's Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management:
- Extraction of purchase orders from the Customer portal
- Processing of orders through our portal, Netsuite
- Invoice Management:
- Monitoring of deliveries and returns
- Invoice issuing
- AR Management:
- Processing of payments collected through our portal, Netsuite
- Preparation of statement of accounts
