About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Safety & Compliance Associate to join our Makati-based logistics hub. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for workplace security, responsible for overseeing daily safety protocols, maintaining rigorous documentation, and ensuring our operations meet international benchmarks. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career professional with at least 1–3 months of practical safety experience to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties
- Documentation Management: Organize and update all safety records to align with corporate and US-specific regulatory mandates.
- Incident Investigation: Evaluate workplace occurrence reports to pinpoint hazards and propose preventative measures.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key safety indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive status reports for leadership.
- Operational Audits: Perform regular on-site inspections of both physical processes and safety paperwork.
- Team Education: Facilitate safety workshops and briefings to ensure all staff are informed of best practices.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work alongside site supervisors to resolve safety gaps and improve overall compliance culture.
