Job Description

Job Summary:
Monitors and analyzes revenue performance across business units, ensuring accurate income recording and supporting pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Role is based in Boracay; candidates must be residing locally or willing to work onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track daily/weekly/monthly revenue and prepare reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all income transactions.
  • Assist in pricing strategies; monitor competitors and recommend adjustments.
  • Evaluate promotional campaigns and their financial impact.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
  • Support revenue-related audits and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate with sales, reservations, and operations teams to align revenue goals.
  • Provide revenue insights and support system updates.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in revenue management, accounting, or financial analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and revenue/accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Based in Boracay or willing to work onsite.

Preferred:
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or tourism industries.
  • Strong communication skills; able to work independently and multitask.
  • Familiarity with local financial regulations.
