  • Knowledge of the HVAC or refrigeration tools, materials, and test equipment.
  • Knowledge of repair, maintenance, and installation techniques.
  • Skill in analyzing HVAC or refrigeration malfunctions from performance and test equipment readings and determining appropriate repairs.
  • Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, and procedures for equipment maintenance.
  • Skill in estimating time and material requirements for work projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least 2 years of progressively responsible HVAC or refrigeration equipment installation, maintenance, and repair experience;

Completion of technical training program in the installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC or refrigeration equipment
