WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING - LEADMAN
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)

Responsibilities:
  • Leading the RAC technicians for the regular maintenance of refrigeration machines such as blast freezers, spiral freezers, cold storage, chillers, ice machines, and air-conditioning;
  • Providing technical assistance to the immediate superior in the planning, scheduling, and implementation of maintenance programs for Refrigeration & Air-conditioning machines;
  • Regularly checking the status of equipment and machines under repair and after repair; and
  • Overseeing the completion of tasks and ensuring that all safety protocols are implemented

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Candidate should be a graduate of BS in Industrial Technology majoring in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or any related vocational courses.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  • Knowledgeable in the installation of split-type air conditioning, repair, and troubleshooting of any RAC machines.
  • Must have experience with ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems.
  • Preferably with experience in supervising or handling manpower.
  • Willing to work beyond the normal working hours
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
