  • Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality
  • Identify potential suppliers and maintain a good relationship with existing ones
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor their progress, and check the quality of service provided
  • Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requesting department
  • Obtain purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers

Qualifications/Requirements

  • With Bachelor’s degree
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Procurement
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
