1. Customer Relationship Management and Business Development:
 - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure steady orders and high customer satisfaction.
2. Market Intelligence Gathering:
- Collect and analyze market information, including regulatory requirements, business models, healthcare systems, competitor analysis, and product-related demands.
3. Sales Execution:
- Conduct thorough customer searches and initiate contact to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Regional Business Support:
- Assist the regional manager in executing business plans and achieving regional sales goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

1.Experience:
- Over 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field of chemiluminescence or related diagnostic products.
2.Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in chemistry, biochemistry, medicine, or a related field.
3.Language Skills:
- Fluent in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
4.Personal Qualities:
- Clear and logical thinking, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
