▪ Responsible for Managing the entire Hire-to-Retire Activities (Talent Acquisition, Vetting, HR Admin, Payroll Admin, Employee Lifecycle, Performance & Data Management, HR Helpdesk, Contracts/Offers etc..)
▪ Design HRO strategy for TCS Philippines to respond to ever evolving business needs in time/cost effective manner while maintaining the expected quality of talent
▪ Oversee the overall operations in terms of quality of work and turnaround time (TAT)
▪ Develop resource plans and plans for contingencies
▪ Monitor, analyse performance, identify trends and make recommendations to improve the performance of the team.
▪ Monitor and support managerial staff and team at large to track SLA, productivity, quality and people issues affecting targets, coordinating with support functions and escalating as appropriate.
▪ Manage escalation of specialist queries effectively.
▪ Ensure team adherence to client process requirements, security procedures, data protection legislation, HR principles as set out in the manager’s guide and business assurance procedures.
▪ Works closely with different support functions to ensure smooth running of operations and at optimum cost
▪ To establish effective relationships with clients and colleagues to aid delivery of service
▪ Improved client satisfaction through receipt of key stakeholder feedback.
▪ Ensure that the team is motivated, and people managers are effectively using the rewards and recognition budget
▪ Design practices and processes focused on maximizing the performance of those that work on them.
▪ Ensure that recruitment within team conforms to the stated cost control framework of the organization
▪ Build a high-performance culture within the organization through appropriate and effective people initiatives
