Job Description:
  • Lead and promote Digital Transformation (DX) to oversee initiatives to digitalize key processes, systems and workflows across departments
  • Promote Green Transformation (GX) and integrate sustainable and eco-friendly practices into company operations, aiming for long-term environmental impact
  • Drive sales and marketing reformation to strategize and support the redefinition of both functions for greater customer engagement and market responsiveness
  • Supervise and coordinate Plant infrastructure renovation to improve operational capability and resilience

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree holder from a reputable university
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Proficient in Japanese – both oral and written forms
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
