EXACT EMPLOYMENT POSITION: ELECTRICAL PROJECT COORDINATOR
Job Description/Duties and Responsibilities
• Manages the administrative and logistic flow of electrical projects, acting as a liaison for staff, clients, and vendors, tracking progress, handling documentation (invoices, reports, schedules);
• Monitor daily progress, identify potential issues, and provide status updates to managers;
• Manage project paper work, change orders, RFIs, and create drawing logs;
• Backbone of project execution, handling the crucial details that allow Project Managers and Engineers to focus on technical design, ensuring everything from meeting minutes to material deliveries is managed efficiently;
• Keeping projects in line with protocol;
• Reports directly to Site Managers
