We are different from any other General Hospital. So our nursing services focus on the following 1. Monitor and record residents’ vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration) on a regular basis and report any abnormal findings to the medical team.
2. Administer and follow up on prescribed medications for admitted residents in accordance with medical orders, ensuring correct dosage, timing, and documentation.
3. Provide daily health supervision and basic nursing care for residents with disabilities, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to individualized care plans.
4. Observe residents’ physical and psychological conditions, promptly documenting changes and escalating concerns to physicians or supervisors when necessary.
5. Maintain accurate nursing records and cooperate with multidisciplinary teams to support residents’ ongoing care, wellbeing, and quality of life.
