Oversees all aspects of plant operations by ensuring that daily production targets, quality and customer requirements are met. Reviews production schedules and determines work force requirements to ensure smooth flow of operation. Troubleshoots production problems, takes preventive or corrective action, and recommends changes to improve quality and reduce costs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Qualifications

        Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field
        Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing plant operations. Experience in the Roofing industry is an advantage.
        Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
        Strong communication and coordination skills (both written and verbal).
        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
        Results-oriented with a high level of integrity and accountability.
  •     Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
        Can work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision 
  •     Amenable to work in Mexico, Pampanga Plant or in Cavite Plant
