POSITION TITLE: CHINESE SPEAKING PRODUCT SPECIALIST


*Serve as a language and cultural expert for a designated foreign market.

*Translate and localize product content, marketing materials, FAQs, and user guides.

*Test product features for language accuracy, functionality, and cultural relevance.

*Assist with user support and respond to inquiries in the foreign language.

*Provide feedback on user behavior and product performance in the target market.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, QA, and Customer Experience.


Qualifications/Requirements

*Experience in customer service or sales roles is highly valued as it provides practical experience in understanding customer needs and handling product-related inquiries.
*Strong English and Chinese communication skills (written and spoken).
*Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
